Crowdfunding is a great tool for upcoming and established artists to help realizing their photobook project. Websites like startnext, indiegogo and kickstarter offer the artist the chance to collect money to finance their project. In return, the supporters get the chance to be the first ones to hold the new photobook in their hands. Additionally, a strong community feeling is created and the supporters get the feeling to be part of the artist’s journey.
